Rachel Clayton, ’85, was a standout three-sport athlete lettering in soccer, basketball, and softball. In her senior year, Rachel, a four-year soccer goalkeeper, helped guide her team to a Mayflower Conference Championship and a trip to the first NAIA National Tournament in St. Louis, Missouri. As a softball player, Rachel was a four-year starter at the shortstop position on very successful teams. Her freshman season, they were Mayflower Conference Champions and NAIA District 5 Champions, qualifying fora trip to the NAIA Division II National Tournament in Kearney, Nebraska. In addition to her many accomplishments on the soccer and softball field, Rachel was also a leader on the basketball court, where she was chosen captain of her team her senior season. Currently, Rachel is employed by Cape Cod Life Magazine as the advertising production manager.
