CASTLETON, Vt. – Head Coach
Jessica Trudeau-Signorelli of the Vermont State Castleton volleyball team has announced her resignation from the program.
Trudeau-Signorelli departs Castleton after four seasons at the helm of the Spartans' volleyball team. During her tenure, she compiled a 25-64 overall record.
Last fall, she led the Spartans to a record of 13-14 overall, which marked the program's best since 2015. In addition, she led the team to its first program win in Little East Conference play, a 3-1 victory over the University of Southern Maine on November 1.
"I am incredibly grateful for the relationships I have built with my players, colleagues, and the Castleton community," said Trudeau-Signorelli. "They have made a lasting impact on my life, and while this decision allows me to be closer to my family, I will always be a proud alumna and will continue cheering on the Spartans."
A search to identify the next head coach for the volleyball program is currently underway.
