Gorham, Maine - The Spartans fell to 2-5 on Sunday as they were swept 9-0 by a powerful Southern Maine squad. 

Matt Trombly and Chris Belanger worked together at second doubles to drawn within a game of the lead, but their attempts were thwarted as Chris Ross and Zach Caron closed them out by the score of 8-5. 

Castleton falls to 2-5 on the year, but will return to action against Lyndon State on April 3.
