CASTLETON, Vt. – The Vermont State University Castleton men's tennis team concluded the 2026 campaign on Saturday with a 7-0 Little East Conference loss to Bridgewater State.

The Bears swept all three doubles matches to take the doubles point, with 6-1, 6-1, and 6-0 wins, respectively. In singles action, Tyler Burke put up a fight at the fifth spot, falling 6-1, 6-4, while Trevor Castino battled at the fourth spot, falling 6-3. 6-2. At the third spot, Charles Watson fell 6-0, 6-1, while the Spartans fell 6-0, 6-0 at the first, second, and sixth spots.

The Spartans concluded the season 2-10 overall and 0-6 in Little East Conference play.
