Northfield Vt. - Castleton fell just short against Norwich on Wednesday, losing 6-3 to their in-state rival.

The Spartans dropped the first and second doubles flights, but Corey Kimball and Mike Divis were able to put Castleton on the board, winning 8-5 at third doubles.

Divis was the Spartans' only double winner on the day, taking down Norwich's Patrick Ogden at fifth singles by the score of 6-4, 7-5. 

The Spartans fall to 2-3 on the season and will travel to Thomas College for a North Atlantic Conference match on March 31.
