CASTLETON, Vt. - Women's Rugby honor seniors in matchup against New England College on Sunday.

Seniors Natalie Simecek and Saidi St. Andrews were recognized on Sunday for their hard work and commitment to the women's rugby program on Sunday. Starting the match off was Alexis MacLeod, who had a breakaway run to score the first points for the Spartans. Simecek followed up with her own effort as she dived to the line to score the try, and Ines Robres Peireto would go on to score the next two tries for the Spartans. 

After a couple of injuries, each team agreed to end the match with a draw.

The Spartans will be back in action at home Saturday, October 28 at 10 a.m. against New England College.
