BANGOR, ME- The Vermont State University Castleton field hockey team went on the road to Husson College on Saturday. The Eagles won by the score of 5-0.

How It Happened
The Eagles scored less than three minutes into the first quarter. Husson would get two more shots on goal that were turned away by Spartan keeper Izabella Cosden (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg Area HS).
Castleton registered its first shot of the contest at 20:48. The Eagles tallied their second goal of the game at 26:32 and led 2-0 at halftime.
Husson scored three more times in the third quarter. The Spartans outshot the Eagles 3-1 in the fourth quarter but only registered one shot on goal.
