- Emma Ezzo was tested again in goal, making six saves through the first 45 minutes, as WestConn registered six corner kick opportunities in the first half alone.
- Maggie Parker registered the Spartans' first shot of the day in the 58th minute. However, momentum quickly shifted to the other end of the field after two yellow cards against Castleton.
- Ezzo collected six saves in the second half, and the Spartan back line put in work, blocking two shots.
- The final goal of the day came in the 75th minute as the Wolves took a 2-0 lead, securing the win.
