MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The Vermont State University Castleton men's and women's cross country teams took part in the Aldrich Invitational hosted by Middlebury College on Saturday.

How it Happened

• Leading the way for the women was Bethany Davis who placed 24^th with a time of 26:27.7. The senior averaged a 8:31 mile time.
• Finishing 41^st in her first collegiate appearance, Torrance Behrendt posted a time of 32:20.8.
• The lone men's competitor, Brett Hodas places 53^rd with a time of 35:28.5.
