UTICA, N.Y. – The Vermont State University Castleton men's cross country team competed at the 2025 Wildcat Invitational on Saturday, led by sophomore Brett Hodas. 
 
Hodas paced the Spartans with a 42nd-place finish, clocking in at 34:45.5 on the 8k course. First-year runner Nathan Benson followed, placing 62nd overall with a time of 42:43.8.
