New London, Conn. – The Vermont State University Castleton men's track and field team competed at the New England DIII Outdoor T&F Championships on Friday and Saturday.
 
How it Happened:

• Jon Hendley took action in night one in the 10000m run, where he placed 21st overall with a time of 34:08.40.
• Carter Mackey started off day two for Castleton in the high jump, clearing 1.85m on his first attempt to finish 12th overall.
• First year Eddie Sayers competed in the discus throw, where he tossed 39.68m to finish 18th in the event.
• Sidiki Sylla launched a 12.52m throw in the shot put to take 22nd.

This concludes the 2024-25 track and field season for the Spartans.
