Regan McFerran joined the Castleton women's basketball coaching staff in August 2021.
A 2018 graduate of St. Joseph's College of Maine, McFerran spent two years at the helm of Saratoga Central Catholic High School's women's basketball program while also working as a physical education teacher. She also gained experience as a basketball trainer in the Albany area, working with a wide variety of AAU talent to organize, coach, and referee scrimmages.
During her four-year playing career at St. Joseph's, McFerran helped the Monks reach new heights. During her senior year, she served as a captain and helped lead the program to its first ever NCAA Tournament win. McFerran, a two-year starter, was a member of three GNAC Championship squads.
