Personal: Carreira joins the VTSU - Castleton men’s soccer program with a strong background in high-level youth soccer. A graduate of Moses Brown School, he competed at the elite level with Bayside FC in the MLS NEXT program, gaining valuable experience against top national competition. He is the son of Jeffrey and Michelle Carreira. He plans to major in Business and brings a competitive mindset both on and off the field. A passionate supporter of SL Benfica, Junior lists Cristiano Ronaldo as his favorite player and a major inspiration in his athletic journey.
