Personal: Son of Matthew and Karyn ... Has three siblings; Lovina, Meritt, and Edwynn ... Crouthamel joins VTSU - Castleton, as a dedicated and well-rounded athlete with a strong multi-sport background. A two-year varsity soccer player and three-year track athlete, Crouthamel developed a competitive edge and athletic versatility throughout his high school career. Coming from a family with a rich rowing background—his mother, Karyn, competed at UNC Wilmington, and his father rowed at Stockton University, he was raised in a sports-driven environment that shaped his work ethic and passion for competition. Inspired by his favorite athletes, Eden Hazard and Virgil Van Dijk, he strives to bring both creativity and defensive strength to his game. Now majoring in Exercise Science at VTSU - Castleton, Crouthamel is excited to continue his development as a student-athlete while pursuing his passion for human performance and sports science.
