Biography

2024: Appeared in two games as a rookie.

Personal: Schlegel-Barber, a standout from Milton High School, joins the VTSU- Castleton Men’s Soccer program after a successful multi-sport high school career. He was a key player on both the varsity soccer and lacrosse teams, helping lead Milton to a Vermont State Boys Soccer Championship during his sophomore year. In addition to his high school success, Schlegel-Barber played club soccer with the highly competitive Nordic Soccer Club. Off the field, he plans to pursue a degree in nursing. He credits Lionel Messi as his favorite athlete and supports Chelsea FC as his favorite team. Colby is the son of Austin and Sandy Schlegel-Barber, with two siblings; Chris and Devin.
