Robert Guerin joined the Castleton football coaching staff as defensive line coach and video coordinator for the 2026 season. Before returning to Castleton, Guerin spent two years coaching the defensive line at The Taft School.
Guerin originally joined the Spartans as a student-athlete in 2019 and played five seasons as a defensive lineman. He was named a team captain during his fifth season and received the Spartan Award in 2023.
Guerin graduated from Castleton in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in business management. He is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in organizational leadership.
