Kyle Ouillette enters his third season with the Vermont State University-Castleton football program in 2026, serving as the Spartans’ Director of Football Operations and Outside Linebackers Coach.
Ouillette joined the Castleton coaching staff in the summer of 2024 as a defensive graduate assistant and Outside Linebackers Coach. In his second season with the Spartans, he was elevated to Assistant Special Teams Coordinator. In the summer of 2026, Ouillette transitioned into the Director of Football Operations role, assuming responsibilities in football operations for the Spartan football program while continuing to coach the outside linebackers.
Prior to joining Castleton, Ouillette was a student-athlete at Springfield College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Movement & Sports Studies. A three-time NEWMAC Champion from 2021–2023, Ouillette spent time on both the offensive and defensive lines during his playing career with the Pride.
A native of Gorham, Maine, Ouillette earned his master's degree in athletic leadership from Vermont State University-Castleton in the Spring of 2026.
