Gordon Brown began as a graduate assistant for Castleton in 2021 after spending time as both a player and student assistant for the Spartans as a student.

He began as a player, but moved to coaching his junior year where he helped oversee inside linebackers. As a senior, he coached defensive backs.

Brown is originally from Warwick Valley, N.Y.
