Rutland, Vt. - Castleton's women's tennis team earned a 5-4 victory over Lyndon St. to stay undefeated in the North East Atlantic Conference.

The Spartans took two of three doubles flights to start the match with a 2-1 lead, and then split singles 3-3 to maintain their lead and earn the victory.

Chelsea Crehan, Meghan Susslin, and Sara Novenstern were double-winners for the Spartans who improve their NEAC record to 3-0, and their overall record to 4-3.

The squad will host Sage on Wednesday, Sept. 19.
