Bangor, ME-The Castleton State College men's basketball team defeated in the quarterfinal round of the North Atlantic Conference tournament by Husson College 93-71. The loss ends the Spartans season at 15-11 overall.

Husson was paced by Jason Harvey who netted a game-high 29 points to lead a quartet of Eagles in double-figures. Tyler Muzzy followed Harvey in the scoring column with 20 points and nine rebounds.

Husson led 49-45 at the half, but used a 44-29 second quarter to end the Spartans' season. Rich Reilly led Castleton with a team-high 24 points and five assists. Jeremy Jorgense added 20 in his final game, while Josh Howe chipped in 14.

Martin Cleveland and Scott Kissinger rounded out the Eagles in double-figures with 18 and 10 respectively.

Husson improves to 21-5 on the season and will host the NAC Final Four on Friday and Saturday.
