Anna Terry

    Mobility & Recovery Coach
Anna Terry enters her first season with the Spartan men’s soccer program, working with the team as a Mobility and Recovery coach. Trained as a soft-tissue health and kinetic chain specialist, she’s the founder and former Director of Integrative Health for the Dartmouth College Athletics Peak Performance Program.  She worked with the Big Green teams providing manual therapy, mobility and movement sessions, sport specific injury prevention training while coordinating with strength and conditioning coaches to ensure better functional movement and performance. 
 
Following her time in Hanover, she transitioned to the Killington Mountain School where she served as their Director of Athlete Care. A current member of the US Cross Country Ski Team medical pool, Anna does manual therapy sessions with their athletes both stateside and in season on the World Cup circuit.
 
Terry currently runs her own business, Total Athlete Care, out of Manchester, VT. Her clients include college and professional athletes as well as U.S. Nordic Skiing National Team member and 3-time Olympic medalist Jessie Diggins.
 
Terry is no stranger to Coach O’Connor and the Spartan soccer program as she was the Director of Player Performance for the VT Fusion of the Women’s Premier Soccer League for where Coach O’C was the head coach. She was a critical member of the staff that helped the team going a combined 16-6-6 over 3 seasons, winning 2 conference championships with an appearance in the WPSL National Tournament Quarterfinal.
 
A former member of both the U.S. Canoe and Kayak Slalom Whitewater Junior and Senior teams, Terry understands what it is like to compete and train in both youth and elite sports.  A lifelong athlete, she spends her time Nordic and Alpine skiing, trail running, doing yoga, meditating and resides in Pawlet, VT with her husband Rob and their kids Zoe and Ryder.
