Mitchell LaFlam joined the Castleton Wrestling staff as a graduate assistant in August 2020 following a spectacular college career.
During his senior year, LaFlam became the first wrestler in Castleton program history to win 100 matches. With 123 career victories, LaFlam filled the trophy case. He was named to the All-NEWA Second-Team following his senior year, NEWA All-Rookie Team in his freshman year, and made multiple appearances at NCAA Regionals.
LaFlam was a member of the Castleton Business Honor Society and graduated with cum laude honors. He's currently working toward a master's degree from Castleton.
