2018: Competed in all seven races for Castleton as a junior ... Posted back-to-back second-place finishes in the Southern Vermont Invite and the Castleton University Invitational ... Achieved his personal-best time of 27:30.8 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on Sept. 15 ... Named to LEC All-Academic Team.

2017: Participated in seven races as a sophomore for Castleton ... Named to All-NAC Second Team after placing 14th at the conference championship (10/28) ... Crossed third on the team in every race ... Placed fifth at the Southern Vermont Invitational (9/2) and sixth at the Castleton Invitational (9/9) ... Posted a career-best time of 28:22.0 at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational (10/14).  

2016: Raced in eight events for the Spartans ... Recorded a personal-best time of 28:56.9 at the 8K UMass-Dartmouth Invitational.
