BOSTON, Mass. — The Castleton women's cross country team got a top-25 finish from Bethany Davis in the Saturday's LEC Championship race.

Davis completed the course in 21:58.1 to claim 24th place as the quickest Castleton runner. Amber Cuthbert was not far behind in 34th, posting a time of 22:17.8. Trinity Lynch (26:42.9) and Charlotte Morrison (26:54.8) hauled in finishes of 62nd and 64th, respectively.

UMass Dartmouth's Alexa VanVoorhis took first place with a time of 19:44.5. Keene State was the top team with 33 points, followed by Eastern Connecticut State (51), and UMass Dartmouth (92).

The Spartans continue postseason action with the NCAA Mid East Regionals in Brunswick, Maine on Saturday, November 12.
