The Castleton University men’s golf program was well represented at Sunday’s qualifier at Rutland Country Club for the 2017 Vermont State Amateur Championship, as head coach Brian Hill as well as three Spartan alumni successfully qualified for the state tournament.
The Castleton men’s golf team finished in 16th place at its first event of the spring season this weekend, completing the two-day Hampton Inn Collegiate Invite hosted by UMass.-Dartmouth on Saturday at Allendale Country Club.
